Saint Rita gave her life to those who gave theirs to her.
It is from this gesture of total love that the beating heart of our mission emerged. Centuries later, it continues to beat in the heart of our monastery and in that of every devotee, volunteer and collaborator.
Giving and giving of ourselves: this is the spirit that guides us.
This is the deep desire that enlivens us every day, to make the impossible possible, step by step. This strength is what led to the growth of our Foundation, now a Philanthropic Organisation. This tangible growth can be measured by figures, but above all by the faces and lives we touch. In 2024 we doubled the number of charity projects we fund, bringing aid to the most vulnerable populations, both in Italy and around the world.
Towards brighter days, together
But we don’t stop at giving an immediate response. We offer tools to grow, train and acquire autonomy to those who ask for our support: missions, bodies, associations. Because supporting does not only mean financing: it means building the future.
We are looking to 2025 with determination and clear objectives: increasing the sustainability and measurability of projects, diversifying sources of income, also opening up to public and private funding, and strengthening our relationship with our donors, the true driving force of our action. Everything converges towards a single purpose: to help build a more just and more humane society, without barriers, where no one feels alone in their suffering.
This is not a dream. It is a real journey, made up of faces, hands and hearts. It is a daily commitment that we pursue with tenacity, thanks to a collective effort that unites us all: donors, volunteers, missionaries, religious and lay people. It is a big family, brought together by the same love in action.
It is a rainbow of hope, in which every gesture – great or small – is a precious gift.
