Tax Benefits
Choosing to associate your company with a good cause will allow you to take advantage of tax benefits. Since January 2018, companies may deduct cash or in-kind donations from their net total income, up to 10% of their declared total income, with no absolute limits (Article 83, paragraph 2, Legislative Decree 117/17).
To take advantage of these benefits, you need to retain your donation transfer receipt and credit card or postal account statement.
